Roto Molding Process

Roto Molding, also called Rotational Molding, or Rotocast is a thermoplastic process that produces extremely durable hollow parts.
The Resin Material is placed into the mold and then the mold is rotated in an oven until the resin material melts and coats the inside of the mold.
The mold is then cooled, and the part is removed from the mold. The mold can now be prepped again to be refilled with plastic resin.

Rotomolding Advantages
High Durability – Parts are molded as one solid piece.
High Stability – Molding material isn’t exposed to external pressure, increasing its stability and reducing risk of defects in the finished products.
High Strength – Rotomolding creates thicker corners, reducing the risk of failure in these stress-concentrated areas, which results in the production of heavy-duty products.
