If the Crawl Caddy fails, we stand solidly behind our promise to make it right. We will replace the product that fails to meet your expectations.
1 Year Warranty (Caster Wheels)
Crawl Caddy warrants, to the end user "Customer", for the period of (1-Year) that the Caster Wheels are free from defects in materials and/or manufacturing and conforms to Crawl Caddy's highest standards of specifications for the product and application.
With the Crawl Caddy promise comes some
common-sense limitations!
We will not guarantee products that have been abused or used for purposes other than intended and that have come in contact or been subjected to harmful liquids, chemicals, heat sources, or unreasonable activity.
If you have any problems with your Crawl Caddy and believe it qualifies for repair or replacement, the first thing to do is reach out to us here at Crawl Caddy. It is always beneficial to include photos of the issue or concern when possible.
